How Data is Utilized
All acquired operational and corporate data is strictly deployed to:
- Coordinate vessel dispatch, shipment transit, intermodal rail/road haulage, and final door-to-door delivery.
- Facilitate real-time shipment status notifications, electronic arrival notices, and clearance verification.
- Audit freight manifests and calculate accurate customs tariffs and demurrage mitigation schedules.
Consignment Tracking & GPS Tracking
Our fleet and multimodal transit corridors utilize encrypted GPS tracking and satellite transponders to monitor transit velocity, route fidelity, temperature safeguards, and geo-fencing.
Tracking feeds are accessible exclusively to authenticated consignors and consignees via their unique Waybill / Tracking Token through encrypted SSL endpoints.

- Continuous automated vulnerability scanning and database security monitoring.
Data Retention & Client Rights
In compliance with maritime commerce laws and statutory tax requirements, customs clearance records and transport manifests are retained for seven (3) years following completion of transit.
